This Saturday I was an hour from home and had a tire sidewall come off exposing the steel belt. It was unsafe to drive. I explained my situation to Lucas at your Scarborough location. His understanding and commitment to service was outstanding. I was imagining renting a car or waiting many hours for resolution. Lucas and the team had my tires installed in 45 minutes.
