I previously brought my vehicles to Sullivan Tire in Salem, NH. After moving, I decided to give your Plaistow location a try, not expecting to be as satisfied. But, your staff in Plaistow was also excellent to work with. They expedited some serious repairs and worked with my extended warranty company to process the claim. I had a flight to catch the following day and they made sure my car was repaired in time to get to the airport. They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained clearly what was wrong and why it needed to be repaired. They jumped through hoops to get the repairs approved by my warranty company. They also made sure I had a way to get home and back to the shop to get my vehicle. All in all, a great experience. I will recommend my friends and neighbors visit Sullivan Tire in both Alem and Plaistow. Well done! 2/3/2025
