I had a really great experience at Sullivan Tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and willing to help. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done instead of just rushing through it. What I appreciated the most was how honest and respectful they were. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made me feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner, and my car is running great now. It’s hard to find a place where you feel like the people genuinely care about their customers, but that’s exactly how I felt here.
